CFAA (CrossFit for Adaptive Athletes)
The purpose of CrossFit Foundations for Adaptive Athletes is to establish a strong foundation in functional fitness movements. This program aims to prepare athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities to potentially participate in group classes alongside able-bodied athletes.
Classes are held every Saturday from 10am-11am and Holidays may change class schedules.
This class is specifically designed for athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities and is supported by the Down Syndrome Association for Families of Nebraska. If there are any payment issues or requests for financial assistance, please contact Director@dsafnebraska.org.
