The Down Syndrome Association for Families of Nebraska is committed to providing support and a positive vision for the future for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, friends, educators, and professionals who share in their lives.

  • Annual Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk

    Every year, the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk is held on the first Saturday in October. This celebration funds nearly all of our programs and activities for the year ahead!

  • Mia and her mother, Torri

    Support and education during pregnancy and following the birth of a baby with Down syndrome are imperative for parents. 

  • CFAA is offer every week on Saturday

    Lincoln Nutrition & Fitness hosts this weekly fitness class for individuals 13 and older. The class is adapted to meet the unique needs of individuals with varying abilities.
