Dr. Stephanie Meredith will be speaking about the transition to adulthood for people with Down syndrome including medical care, living arrangements, and life after high school.

Dr. Stephanie Meredith is the co-author of The Down Syndrome Transition Handbook: Charting Your Child's Course to Adulthood. She is also the Development Director of the Genetic Support Foundation and supervises the Lettercase National Center for Prenatal and Postnatal Resources. She has three adult children, including a son with Down syndrome.
