First Call Parents speak with and provide support to families that are first learning that their child or expected child may, or will, be born with Down syndrome. During this training you will learn about the First Call Program, find out about the local and national resources DSAF provides families at the time of diagnosis, and discuss how to support families receiving a Down syndrome diagnosis.
