Kickboxing Friends (KBF): AGES 6-13
For ages 6-13, Down to Box meets at Farrell's Bodyshaping at Meadowlane on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Down To Box empowers individuals with Down syndrome by offering tools to develop coordination, self-defense, and physical fitness through boxing.
The customized curriculum enhances fine and gross motor skills, promoting physical and mental health, while boosting confidence and athletic ability. Weekly classes also serve as a social group, fostering peer engagement and friendships.
