Proclamation Signing Ceremony

Nebraska State Capitol, Warner Chamber
Governor Rickets will be signing a proclamation declaring
March 21
as World Down Syndrome Day in the State of Nebraska.
Individuals with Down syndrome and their families are invited to attend the signing ceremony
on March 13 at 10:00 a.m
. in the Warner Chamber at the Capitol. Parking and seating are limited, so plan to come early.
